Apartments Pucisca

Apartments Pucisca are located in small town on the northern coast of island Brac near Split. They are on the hill above the bay, only a couple of minutes walk from the village centre (500 m). The house itself has three apartments (each has its own entrance) that can be rented as separate units or together for a larger group of family and friends. All of the apartments have satellite TV, air conditioning and standard kitchen equipment as well as balconies with beautiful sea views towards the village centre bay. There is also a parking available for the guests.

The smallest apartment 1/2 (for 2 persons) has a surface of 30 m2. It has kitchen/sitting room, bathroom with shower unit, bedroom and covered balcony.
Apartment 1/2+1 is suitable for 2 – 4 persons with its surface of 50 m2. It has kitchen, sitting area (with additional pull out sofa for 1 person), bathroom with shower unit, bedroom (for 2) covered balcony with sea view.
The largest apartment for 6+2 persons has a surface of 80 m2. There is a kitchen/dining room, living room, 2 bathrooms (one with shower unit, the other with bath), 1 double bedroom, 2 bedrooms with twin beds and balcony. There are 2 pull out sofas in the living room that can accommodate additional 2 persons.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.

Weekly prices include: electricity, water, final cleaning, change of linen (every third day), change of towels (daily)

Extra payments:
Minimum stay depends on period during the season. 
Tourist tax: 0,70 - 1,00 Euro/daily/person (depends on period during the season).
