Apartments villa Riva****
Villa Riva is situated in the small town Slano, 30 km away from Dubrovnik. Villa is just a few meters away from the sea. Villa Riva originally has been built in the beginning of the 20th century but renovated according to highest standards that includes conservatory supervision due to the villa position that is on the archaeological site. Villa has 4* apartments that can accommodate from 2 up to 5 persons. Each apartment is modern furnished and has A/C, DVD, HD SAT TV, Wi-Fi, floor heating, washing machine, iron and ironing board, safety deposit box, telephone, dishwasher, parking place etc. Restaurants, bars, shops and other contents are only few steps away from the villa Riva.Also, from the 2017 season, there is outdoor heated swimming pool.
Studio apartment: (26 m2, for 2 guests) – this apartment has one double bedroom and bathroom with shower. Also, at guest’s disposal there is a fully equipped kitchen (small stove, fridge, kettle, coffee maker machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher) and dining table for 2 persons. From this apartment guests can enjoy beautiful sea view.
Comfort studio apartment: (42-44 m2, 2+1 persons) – this apartment can accommodate up to 3 persons. It has one double bedded room and a pull-out sofa for 1 person (140x175 cm), bathroom with shower and bathtub. There is also a kitchen with all amenities (stove, oven, fridge, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, dishwasher) and dining table for 4 persons.
Apartment 4+1 guests: (70-83 m2) – this apartment can accommodate 5 guests having one double and one twin bedroom. In the living room there is a pull – out sofa for 1 person (90x175 cm). In addition, there are two bathrooms: one with bathtub and other with shower.

Payment conditions: 30% upon reservation and 70% two weeks before arrival.
Price includes: apartment rental, use of all facilities in the apartment, bed linen and towels, weekly cleaning (with change of linen and towels) is included for stays longer than 7 days, VAT, tourist tax and Wi-Fi.
Smoking is not allowed.
Pets are not allowed.
Baby cot available: on request.
Minimum stay: 2 nights. In July and August minimum stay is 3 nights.
