Apartments Peter
Apartments Peter are six 4-Star apartments in the same house situated on a beautiful peninsula in Sumartin on the island of Brac, renovated in 2004 and offering a comfortable stay by the sea for up to 30 persons. There is an airport on the island of Brac, but if you are coming by bus, car or landing in the airport Split, you will easily reach the island due to regular ferry connections especially during the summer season.
The apartments are situated only 150 m from the sea, the nearest beach is 400 m away. They are located in a peaceful surrounding, 1 km from the town centre where you will find the grocery shop, exchange office, bus stop, petrol station, ferry port… The house is a traditional Dalmatian stone house with six apartments, each with its own balcony with view on the sea, on the island of Hvar and the Makarska Riviera. There are 20 fixed beds in the 6 apartments with additional 10 beds (pull-out sofas). There are 3 types of the apartments:
Apartment A4 (2x) – 4 persons: 2 double bedrooms, kitchen/dining/sitting room, 2 bathrooms (en suite) with shower unit, balcony with sea view; pull-out sofa in the sitting room for 2.
Apartment A4 (2x) – 4 persons: 1 double and 1 twin bedroom, kitchen/dining/sitting room, 1 bathroom (en suite) with shower unit, balcony with sea view; pull-out sofa in the sitting room for 2.
Apartment A2 (2x) – 2 persons: 1 double bedroom, kitchen/dining/sitting room, 1 bathroom (en suite) with shower unit, balcony with sea view; pull-out sofa in the bedroom for 2.
Equipment in each apartment: fully equipped kitchen - 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher (apartments with two bedrooms only), hood, kettle, air conditioning, satellite TV, Internet connection, hair drier, iron, ironing board, baby cot and high chair at request available. Also available: private parking, garden, children playground and restaurant (only for apartment guests).
House surface: 3 floors x 270 m2, grounds surface is 2000 m2.

Payment conditions: 30% upon reservation and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily rent, electricity, water, final cleaning, linen, towels, garden maintenance.
Extra payment: tourist tax: up to 1 Euro/person/day
Breakfast: 5 Euro/person.
Minimum stay: 15.06. - 31.08. is 7 nights (arrivals on Saturday); other periods shorter stay is possible on request.
