Villa Vicina****
Brac Villa Vicina is situated in the very centre of Milna on Brac, at the top of the famous stone steps dominating the village.
This traditional Dalmatian stone house was fully renovated and decorated in 2005 so that the original architectural features have been preserved. Brac Villa Vicina is a house which seems to enrich your spirit and exude calm. You will simply feel relaxed there. The house can comfortably accommodate 6-8 people. It consists of a kitchen/dining area/sitting room, 3 double rooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC. On the ground floor there is an open-plan kitchen/dining area/sitting room, 55 m² and a separate WC, while on the first floor there are 2 double rooms and a bathroom. On the second floor, in the attic space with wooden beams, there is another double room with a bathroom and terrace, with a fine view of the sea and the entire bay. There is also a sea view from the first floor. This villa has a garden terrace (80 m²) which is partially covered, an outdoor fireplace and garden furniture for pleasant gatherings, an outdoor, private pool and shower and an orchard. To make your stay on Brac Island as pleasant as possible, this villa with is euipped with everything you might need and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed. To protect your peace and privacy, Brac Villa Vicina is only available as a complete unit, with garden and pool.
For those who like to cook, kitchen is fully equipped: 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, coffee filter machine, microwave...

Payment conditions: 30% upon booking and 70% six weeks prior to arrival
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, final cleaning, change of linen (every third day), change of towels (every day), garden maintenance, pool maintenance, tourist tax
Extra payments:
Security deposit is 300 Euro (credit card). Parking is 15 Euro/week.
Other services available on request (additional payment needed): maid/cleaning, car hire, boat hire
