Villa Gumonca****

The villa stretches on 330 m2 of exquisitely decorated interior. There are 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, extra toilet with a laundry, spacious living room, dining room and kitchen and an additional small kitchen with living room. Small kitchen and living room, together with one of the bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, are in separate part of the villa with a separate entrance, but connected with the bigger part with porches and terraces. Both kitchens are fully equipped, as well as the living rooms with LCD TVs and fireplaces. Furniture was specially designed for this villa and made out of quality oak wood with ecological oil finish, without harmful industrial polishes. 25 m2 large master bedroom is on the first floor and it is the biggest bedroom in the villa. Next to the room is a big bathroom with a shower and Jacuzzi bathtub for two. Master bedroom has direct exit to a huge first floor terrace with fantastic view of the cove, sea and Split in the distance.
Interesting detail in the villa is a small inside garden exit to the kitchen, with house plants, Mediterranean herbs and spices. The walls of the villa are decorated with paintings made by local artists and they can be bought from the artist. The large terrace overlooking the sea, brings pleasant shade over the outside dining table. On the sea side is also the heated pool and the sun deck with 10 deck-chairs. On the first floor is a big terrace of about 80 m2 that has the best view. Besides this, there are 4 smaller terraces adjoining the rooms. The villa is also surrounded by few gardens: an orchard, old olive trees, lawns, roses, palm trees and stone gardens.

Extras: floor heating, DVD player, Hi Fi system, two fireplaces, washing machine, iron, oven, microwave, dish washer, toaster, refrigerator & deep freezer, filter coffee machine.

Payment conditions: 30% upon booking and 70% six weeks prior to arrival

Weekly prices include: electricity, hot and cold water, every day cleaning, final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, daily towel change, linen change 2 times a week, use of wireless internet at the villa area. The price also includes concierge service/services of a villa manager (providing information about the destination, additional services, making reservation in the restaurants).
Use of telephone is charged extra, by actual expenses, as well as consumption of drinks from the mini-bar and all the additional service.

Extra payments:
Tourist tax: up to 1 Euro/person/day (depends on the season)
Security deposit: 500 Euro (cash) 

Minimum stay:
01.06. - 16.09. – 7 days, arrival/departure on Saturday
Other months – 3 days, arrival/departure any day
