This villa can accommodate 8 to 12 people comfortably. On the ground floor there is a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area, 3 bedrooms and 3 en-suite bathrooms. The upper floor has one bedroom and en suite bathroom. To make your stay on Brac Island as pleasant as possible, we have equipped the villa with all the equipment you might need (ceramic oven, microwave, hub, freezer, dishes, washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV...) and the interior and grounds have been tastefully designed. The house is also equipped with internet connection, barbecue, iron, hair dryer, washing machine, DVD player and a hi-fi stereo. Baby cot is also available.
Villa Mir Vami is only available as a complete unit with garden and pool with beautiful open space terrace. The position of Villa Mir Vami in the center of Sumartin on Brac Island means that it is close to shops, restaurants and coffee bars and the nearest beach is ten minutes walk away.

Payment conditions: 30% upon booking and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, bed linen, towels (change once a week), garden maintenance, pool maintenance, final cleaning
Extra payments:
Tourist tax: up to 1 Euro/person/day (depends on the season)
Security deposit: 500 Euro (credit card)
