One of the newest villas in our offer is villa Skalinada in Baska Voda, located on the Makarska Riviera that is widely known for its lovely beaches and nice summer nightlife. This lovely holiday house at the sea can accommodate 8 guests.
The ground floor has a kitchen, dining room, sitting room area, 1 bedroom and 1 toilet. The upper floor has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. One of the bedrooms has private bathroom, other bathroom is separated from the bedroom. House has a large garden with two garden terraces, outdoor private swimming pool and kids' playground.
Town centre is only 300 m distant and there you can find the closest pharmacy and clinic, exchange office, bus stop and ferry port. 60 m road from the villa leads directly to the beach. There is no private parking place of the villa but the guests are free to leave the cars at the road that leads to the beach.
Villa's amenities: 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, coffee filter machine, espresso machine, microwave oven, mixer, washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, barbecue, outdoor and indoor fireplace, garden furniture, internet access.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Prices include: daily rent, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels (towel change once a week), garden and pool maintenance, tourist tax.
Extra payments:
Security deposit: 500 Euro (credit card).
Extra cleaning: 120 Euro.
Baby cot and high chair: available on request.
Minimum stay:
04.06. - 26.08.: 7 days, arrivals any day of the week.
Other periods: 5 days.
