Villa Emilia is located on the island of Brac, in the famous town Bol. Brac is easy reachable due to regular ferry connections with Split and other Dalmatian islands and on the island there is also a small airport, at only 10 km distance from the villa. Island of Brac is famous for its illustrious olive oil, wine and authentic village traditions and it is most renowned for the beach Golden Horn – one of the largest and most beautiful beaches on the Adriatic coast.
This beautiful and luxury holiday home with pool was built in 2001 and it is one of the most exclusive villas in Croatia. Villa Emilia stretches on a surface of 300 m2 and its interiors are modern and comfortable. The villa actually consists of two dwellings and a big outdoor area with large swimming pool and the inner courtyard. The first dwelling consists of two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and spacious living room with fire place. The second dwelling consists of 4 apartments (double bedroom, private bathroom and kitchenette) so it accommodates comfortably 12 persons and another 4 can sleep on the sofa or extra beds.
Villa’s appliances: living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen – oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, barbeque, phone, cable TV, stereo, DVD, Internet; terrace with sea view, terrace furniture, balcony, safe, fire place, air conditioning, heating, baby cot available, garden, private pool.

Payment conditions: 70% upon reservation and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.

Security deposit: 500 Euro
Pets are allowed: 10 Euro/pet/day
Minimum stay: July and August – 7 days (day of arrival – Saturday), other periods minimum stay is 4 days (arrivals any day).
