Villa Citadela is situated in the historic part of Dubrovnik, next to the eastern gate to the old town. It was originally built in the 18th century on the wonderful location with stunning view of fortress Revelin and city walls of Dubrovnik. The property consists of garden terraces, an outdoor pool surrounded by sun loungers, large courtyard, outdoor dining table for 8 persons and small panorama terrace where you can enjoy dining al fresco. This magnificent town residence consists of main building and smaller wellness annex building with a gym, jacuzzi, sauna and a bathroom. The main building spreads over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 guests. When you step into the main building you will find yourself in spacious living area with exposed stone walls, beautiful paintings and amphorae. Right next to the living area there is a fully equipped kitchen and separate dining area. On the ground floor there are also 2 ensuite bedrooms. The other 2 ensuite bedrooms with slanted ceiling are situated on the upper floor.
Dubrovnik old town is at 50 m distance from the villa where you can find restaurants, stores and bars. Lovely pebble beach is 200 m from the villa, ferry port is at 3 km distance and Dubrovnik Airport is 22 km from the villa. This villa is the perfect combination of luxury, beauty and ideal location at one of the world’s most famous destinations.

The price includes: villa rent, use of all facilities in the villa, daily cleaning, pool maintenance, villa manager and private concierge services, tourist tax, VAT
Pets are not allowed.
Security deposit: 1.000 Euro
Minimum stay: 7 days in July and August.
