The house is located in place Filipini, at only 6 km distance from town Porec where you’ll find a rich cultural and entertaining offer, beautiful restaurants as well as the beaches. Villa Josipa is a unique combination of modern lifestyle, art and classic holidays surrounded by nature and tranquility. There are 4 double bedrooms in the villa, 3 bathrooms with bath tub, one bathroom with shower, one separate toilet and a nice living / dining room area with kitchen. The outdoor area includes a nice garden, terrace with furniture, barbeque area and private pool with sun lounges.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, tourist tax, wireless internet.
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Pets allowed: 6 Euro/pet/day.
Heated pool (up to 26˚C): 20 Euro/day.
Welcome pack: 30 Euro
Minimum stay: 7 days, day of arrival is Saturday.
