Villa Dane (opened in 2007) is situated in the peaceful western part of town Hvar. It has two floors and its max. occupancy is 8 guests.

The house consists of a kitchen/dining area/sitting room, four double rooms, four bathrooms and a terrace. On the ground floor there is a large, open plan kitchen/dining area/sitting room, with French windows opening onto the covered part of a private garden with garden furniture, which leads to the private outdoor pool. In addition to the inside stairs, you can reach the first floor terrace from the garden, by steps leading up from the garden. To make your stay in Hvar as pleasant as possible, the villa has been equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD player, hi-fi, direct telephone line, Internet connection, washing machine, hair drier, iron, ironing board, barbecue, garden furniture. To protect your peace and privacy, Villa Dane is only available as a complete unit, with garden and pool.
For those who like to cook, kitchen is fully equipped: 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, coffee filter machine, microwave oven, mixer, kettle, lemon squeezer...

Payment conditions: 30% upon booking and 70% six weeks prior to arrival
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, final cleaning, bed linens, towels (change once a week), garden maintenance, pool maintenance
Extra payments:
Tourist tax: up to 1 Euro/person/day (depends on the season)
Security deposit: 500 Euro (credit card)
Other services available on request (additional payment needed): ironing, laundry, car hire, boat hire
