Villa Heraclea*****
Villa Heraclea is a pearl in the historic core of town Hvar that offers luxury stay for up to 10 guests.
Villa Heraclea lies in the centre of town Hvar, about 30 m from the seafront promenade. It was originally built in 1612 and it is under the protection of Croatian institute for protection of cultural monuments. During 2009, both interiors and exteriors were fully renovated. Whole villa complex has 450 m2 on three floors. There are 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms (three double and two twin bedrooms), a large living room (with library and fireplace), kitchen and dining area. The lowest floor offers beautiful wellness facilities – sauna, Jacuzzi and massage room as well as a wine cellar. Next to the main house is a large garden (200 m2) with Mediterranean plants and a Gothic smaller building where you can find a heated swimming pool that can be transformed into an indoor or outdoor pool by opening the roof.
Housekeeper and superintendant make the villa's staff that will make your stay at the villa as pleasant as possible. Max. capacity of the villa is 10 guests.
Villa's amenities: terrace furniture, fireplace, safe box, air conditioning, heating, Jacuzzi, baby cot available, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV, DVD player, internet access...

Payment conditions: 30% upon booking and 70% nine weeks prior to arrival.
Basic services (included in the price): the use of all facilities – swimming pool, sauna, etc., water, electricity, gas, bed linen – changed once a week, if necessary more often, towels changed on a daily basis, soaps, shampoos, shower gel, use of washing machine, dryer and iron, daily cleaning, final cleaning, luggage delivery from the parking lot to the house and vice versa, sojourn Tax, all fees and taxes.
Additional services (charged extra): served breakfast at the price of 15 Euro per person, food, drinks and similar services are organized as catering and charged according to the price list, it is possible to arrange a cook, but only for stays of two weeks and more, transfer from the airport or ferry port to the villa and back, purchase and delivery of food and drinks to the villa, wine cellar, massage, organization of excursions and the like, car or boat rental
other services upon arrangement.
The prices are valid for a rental period of at least 7 days. In case of a shorter rental period, an additional 30% is added to the price. The change day is Saturday. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Pets upon request.
