Villa Ika is a beautiful stone villa built in 2017 and it is located in a charming coastal town Icici. This three - star unique villa can accommodate up to 6 people. You can enjoy spacious living area which is ideal for cozy family nights. The ground floor features three bedrooms of which one comes as a triple room, one is double room and one is with a single bed. There is also one bathroom. First floor is comprised of fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining area from where you have direct access to the balcony. This beautiful villa is oasis for pure enjoyment with astonishing view overlooking the entire Kvarner bay. Villa Ika has fenced Mediterranean garden with a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower, as well as sunbed with baldachin which creates a bit of shade during hot summer days. Covered terrace with a dining area is a perfect spot for nice family barbeque dinners in the fresh air. A private shaded parking is suitable for three cars.
