Villa Melita is located in Liznjan, a seaside village near Pula. Pula and the airport are only 16 km away from the property. Grocery store is 500 m away. Nearest beach is 800 m away.
This villa is modern, very comfortable and its position gives you an opportunity to enjoy magnificent views. Villa Melita has two floors with five bedrooms, beautiful garden and private swimming pool.
On the ground floor, there are fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee machine), dining area, living area (SAT TV, DVD) with open fire place and bathroom with shower. On the first floor, there are three double bedrooms, one twin bedroom, and one single bedroom and each bedroom has exit to balcony with beautiful sea view. On this floor, there are also two bathrooms with shower and fun zone with pool table.
This fenced property has a beautifully landscaped outdoor area with a private pool, deck chairs, outside shower, garden with vegetables, barbeque built in stone and terrace with furniture. Car rental is recommended, so you can explore beautiful surrounding (day trips to Pula, Fazana, Rovinj or to national park Brijuni…)

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Prices include: villa rental, use of all facilities, final cleaning, tourist tax, VAT, Wi-Fi
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
Pets are allowed ( max. 1) 10 Euro/day
Minimum stay:
7 days , arrivals any day.
