This amazing villa is located only 10 min from the Old City of Dubrovnik, situated in quiet and peaceful small place Lozica. The villa is an ideal choice to spend the holiday of your dreams due to the absolute privacy and luxury that this villa offers. Entire space of the villa property is cascaded and the beach is reachable along staircase. Villa spreads onto 500 m2 and has large windows. Because of that, the house is full of light along with splendid views on the Daksa Island and crystal clear sea. Villa Adriatic is enormously luxury villa with astonishing furniture. It has Italian Travertino Navona marble floors, Persian rugs, Swarovski chandeliers, paintings and art sculptures of famous 20th century artists. Your vacation in this villa will be a holiday to remember thanks to the beautiful surroundings, modern furniture and absolute comfort to indulge into.
Very elegant foyer is the entrance to the open space area, divided into two levels connected with indoor staircase. From the foyer, you can directly access the office with sea view, to keep your business updated. Next to the office there is a fitness room to keep yourself in shape, along with swimming in the pool or at the sea. Villa Adriatic has underfloor heating, air conditioning and CCTV with alarm system. Lower level of the house consists of living area and fantastically equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can reach the terrace with custom made wooden table and seats for 12 persons where you can enjoy delicious and fresh meals. The house has 5 double ensuite bedrooms for 10 persons. Master double bedroom and the bedroom next to it have their own jacuzzi in the bathrooms, from where you can enjoy stunning sea view. Three bedrooms are located on the west side of the house, and the remaining two are separate units, fantastic for your guests or teenage children. One bedroom is situated on the ground floor, while the other ones are on the upper floor. Each bedroom is spacious and beautifully furnished.
Outdoor area of this house is as amazing as its interior. With stunning private swimming pool, lounge zone and terrace with the sea view, with shaded and sunny parts and private plateau beach with boat deck, villa Adriatic is a truly breathtaking house. Villa also possesses private parking.
