Villa Marica is located in Orasac (only 50 m away from center) in South Dalmatia. The nearest pebble and rocky beach is at 1 km distance from the property as well as the grocery store. The restaurant is at 3 km distance and old town of Dubrovnik at 11 km distance from the villa.
This beautiful and modern villa was built in 2015. The house is completely private and all details in the house have been carefully chosen to create a modern and comfortable atmosphere.
Main floor: terrace and entrance.
Downstairs / 1st level: kitchen and living room with air conditioning and sea view, dining table and chairs on the covered terrace outside, double bedroom with en suite shower room, air conditioning and sea view.
Downstairs / 2nd level, separate: double bedroom with en suite shower room, air conditioning and sea view. Outdoors is the heated swimming pool.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen (coffee filter machine, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher), LCD TV, safe, air conditioning, heating, baby cot available, garden, private and heated pool, parking, terrace with furniture and sea view, barbeque, Wi-Fi internet.

Security deposit: 500 Euro.
Heated pool (till 26 ˚C): 30 Euro/day.
Small pets allowed: 10 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay:
06.06. – 31.08.2020.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
