Villa Verde is located in the tranquil village of Pacici, near historical towns of Svetvincenat and Vodnjan. Nearest shop is 5 km away from the villa, the supermarket, bars, petrol station, ATM are 12 km away (in Vodnjan), the sea and the beaches are 19 km away (in Fazana). There are many interesting places to visit in the area, for example the hilltop towns of Motovun, Groznjan and Oprtalj as well as the coastal towns of Pula, Rovinj and Porec. Popular activities in the surrounding include walking, cycling, riding, fishing, sailing, tennis, swimming and diving.
Villa Verde is beautifully furnished and decorated. The wooden and traditional details blend in nicely with the modern details and the house offers a comfortable stay for up to 8 persons.
Ground floor: kitchen (coffee filter machine, fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, microwave), dining and living area (satellite TV, DVD, Wi-Fi Internet), toilette.
First floor: double bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm, safe), twin bedroom (90 x 200 cm, balcony), shower room (washing machine), hall, air conditioning.
Second floor: double bedroom (bed 160 x 200 cm, air conditioning), twin bedroom (90 x 200 cm, balcony, air conditioning), shower room.
Outdoors: covered terrace with furniture, barbeque and lounge area (20 m2), swimming pool, shower, 8 deckchairs, 1 sun umbrella. The nice garden with plenty olive trees is fully fenced by a high wall.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, bed linen, towels, garden and pool maintenance, final cleaning and tourist tax.
Security deposit: 300 Euro.
Pets allowed: 10 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay:
7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
