This beautiful new villa with spacious garden and private pool is located in Pobri, only 2 km from Opatija and 15 km from Rijeka. Villa Lorena is equipped to higher standard to offer its guests an exclusive and relaxed holiday. It can welcome up to 10 guests. The house consists of ground, first and second floor. The ground floor has a large private garage, fitness room, two bedrooms (double and single) and bathroom. Inside stairs lead up to the first floor lobby, fully equipped kitchen and dining room, living room surrounded with glass walls so you can overlook the garden and swimming pool. Up on the second floor you can find three bedrooms – one master bedroom with ensuite shower room and hydro massage, one twin and one double bedroom that share a bathroom. Outside are a swimming pool (32 m2) and a covered gazebo with barbecue area. Close to the villa is a tennis court available for the guests.
New on the property: outdoor heated jacuzzi (diameter 4 m) and in function throughout the year. At the disposal of guests accommodated in villa Lorena only, with no extra charge.
Villa’s amenities: oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, cable TV, internet access, terrace furniture, safe, air conditioning, Jacuzzi hydro massage, alarm and video surveillance.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% 2 months prior to arrival.
Prices include: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, tourist tax, Wi-Fi
Extra payments on spot: Security deposit is 500 Euro
Only small pets allowed with previous request - 5 Euro/pet/day
Baby cot (for the kids up to 2yrs): 5 Euro/day
Minimum stay is 7 days in 23.05. - 12.09.2020. Arrivals on Saturdays.
Other periods: min. 3 days.
