Villa Primosten is located in the countryside of Primosten, one of the most charming towns on Dalmatian coast. The property is situated in peaceful location away from the bustle of Primosten town but at the same time near enough for a short taxi ride. It consists of swimming pool and beautiful stone villa designed with passion, lots of love and with great attention for detail. There are numerous terraces on the property, suitable either for private moments or for spending quality time together. Right next to the swimming pool, there is a terrace large enough to accommodate all guests at once, equipped with barbecue and pizza oven.
The villa itself consists of 4 apartments which can host one big family (up to 14 people) or four smaller families ((2+1)+(2+1)+4+4 people). Each apartment has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace. Kitchens in all apartments are fully equipped, and all bathrooms have free toiletries and hair dryer. The rooms are all to high standards.
Equipment: air-conditioning, fully equipped kitchens (oven, dishwasher, microwave oven), flat screen TV, SAT TV, Blue Ray player, Play Station console, DVD and CD players, pool table, table tennis, darts, Wi-Fi, private swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor shower, sun loungers, parasols, parking places.

Primosten resort with beautiful beaches is 9 km from the villa, half way to Primosten is famous Aurora disco club where you can party the night away. National parks Krka and Kornati are approx. 30 km away, historical town Sibenik is 25 km away while Split airport is at 45 km distance.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% four weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rent, use of all facilities in the villa, linen and towels, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
Only one pet allowed: 30 Euro/day. Animals of any kind are not allowed in the pool.
Minimum stay: 7 days. Shorter stays possible on request (additional surcharge applied).
