For a smaller family or group of friends (3 to 5 people), House Tea is a convenient choice for summer holiday due to its vicinity to the sea and beach as well as a centre of village Pucisca.

House Tea is located in the centre of village Pucisca on island Brac. It is a traditional Dalmatian stone house with sea view, renovated in 2010. This charming house can accommodate 3 to 5 people comfortably. Ground floor consists on kitchen, dining / living room (with pull-out sofa for 2 persons), bathroom and WC. The upper floor has 1 double bedroom and 1 single bedroom. The house has tastefully designed interiors and was equipped to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The town centre is only 300 m away (clinic, pharmacy, exchange office...) and the sea and beaches are only a couple of steps from the house so you can have a swim anytime you wish.
House's equipment: air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD, electric-gas cooker, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, bed linen and towels.

Payment conditions: 30% upon booking and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: villa rent, electricity, water, initial cleaning, bed linen and towels, tourist tax
Extra payments: security deposit 100 Euro (at arrival).
