Villa Alecia is situated on the island of Brac and can accommodate up to 4 persons. It was built in a secluded location, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still close enough to the city life. This charming villa consists of ground floor and the attic which are connected by an internal staircase. Ground floor consists of open space kitchen, dining area and living area. In the living room there is a pull-out chair for one person that can be used as an extra bed if necessary. There are also 2 additional toilets in the villa. In the attic there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a pull-out sofa that us used as bed and transformed into a bed for two persons (measuring 160 x 200 cm). Bedroom has its own balcony which offers amazing sea view. Villa Alecia is a self-sustainable eco-villa as the water is gathered from precipitation and electricity is obtained through solar panels. On the property there is a garden full of vegetables and herbs which are taken care of by the villa owners but if the guests are willing to actively participate in maintaining the garden, they will have the access to all fresh products growing in the garden. The property is fenced by the so-called Dalmatian ‘’dry stone wall’’ which is protected by UNESCO. There is private parking on the property and a berth for a boat can be arranged on request at extra charge if needed.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% 5 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rent, electricity, water, final cleaning, linen, towels change once a week, garden and pool maintenance, tourist tax
In period 01.05. - 04.06. and from 04.09. till 10.09. transfer from Supetar to the villa and back as well as welcome drink are included in rental price.
Extra costs:

Extra cleaning: 80 Euro
Baby cot and high chair: available on request.
Minimum stay:
05.06. - 27.08.: 6 days, arrivals any day.
