Villa Maristela is located in the centre of Rogoznica, a famous tourist destination on the Dalmatian coast. Rogoznica is placed near the towns Sibenik, Trogir and Split. The sea and nearest beach are at only 40 m distance from the property while all other facilities (grocery store, coffee bars, restaurants) can be found in the village.
Villa Maristela consists of four separate apartments but is rented as a single unit with garden and private pool.
Apartment 1 (55 m2): dining room/sitting room area with a kitchenette (20 m2), double bedroom (30 m2) with built-in tub and a separate bathroom with shower. The sofa in the sitting room can be used as a double pull-out bed.
Apartment 2 (60 m2): dining/sitting room with a kitchenette (25 m2), double bedroom (30 m2) with a built-in tub and separate bathroom (5 m2) with shower. The sofa in the sitting room can be used as a double pull-out bed.
Apartment 3 (40 m2), studio apartment: double bedroom, dining room / sitting room area with kitchenette, separate bathroom with shower.
Apartment 4 (100 m2) stretches over two floors: first floor - large sitting room, dressing room, double bedroom, bathroom. Upper floor – gallery with twin beds and a private bathroom.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen (coffee filter machine, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher), LCD satellite TV, DVD, internet, washing machine, air conditioning, barbeque, terrace with furniture, sea view balcony, private pool, baby cot available, parking spot is available beneath the house.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, VAT, tourist tax, final cleaning, change of bed linen and towels once a week.
Security deposit: 500 Euro
Pool heating extra surcharge: 200 Euro/week – period of use 01.04. - 03.06. and 26.08. - 30.11.
Baby cot and high chair: available on request.
Minimum stay:
03.06. - 26.08.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturday
Other periods: 5 days
