Villa Tami is located in Salakovici near the town of Labin (5 km), only 6 km from the beach away (Autocamp Tunarica). Nearby is the town of Rabac (10km), where you can find various facilities, restaurants, beautiful beaches and resort.
The villa consists of ground floor and first floor, can accommodate up to 6 persons, is air conditioned, has free internet and two parking places.
On the ground floor, you can find fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, microwave), dining room and wide living room with satellite TV / SAT, DVD, and double bedroom with en suite shower room and toilet with washing machine.
On the first floor is Master bedroom with en suite shower room and exit to the balcony and 1 twin bedroom with en suite shower room.
From the living room you can easily access to the beautiful terrace and swimming pool with sun umbrellas, deckchairs, outdoor shower and barbecue area build in stone.
Nearby is the medieval town of Labin, which in summer is the center of many festivals and other artistic events. You can visit many galleries, churches and antique shops. In Labin you can find shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, bank, post office, petrol station...

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: Villa rent with all the equipment, final cleaning, change of linen and towels, tourist tax and free Internet.
Security deposit: 300 Euro.
Pets are not allowed.
Minimum stay:
15.06. – 07.09.2024.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturdays
Other periods: 5 days, arrivals any day.
