Villa Alena is located at the top of the picturesque village of Splitska on island Brac. The property has a nice sea view. The sea is at only 100 m distance, while the nearest beach can be found at 200 m distance from the villa. The grocery store is only 300 m away. Town center (ferry port, exchange office, pharmacy etc.) is 5 km away.
Villa Alena is a new house, completely renovated in July 2015. Traditional stone and eco materials were used to build this luxury house. The property is completely surrounded by a beautiful stone wall.
The villa consists of two independent apartments which offer accommodation for up to 8 guests in 2 double and 2 twin rooms. There are 4 bathrooms in the villa (1 with bath tub and 3 with shower units) and 1 separate toilette.
Main house (main apartment):
Ground floor: open plan kitchen, dining, sitting room and separate toilette.
Upper floor: bedroom with bathroom, bedroom with bathroom and balcony, bedroom with bathroom and balcony with Jacuzzi tub for 3 persons, laundry area and gym.
Small apartment is located on the ground floor. It has a separate entrance door (could be used for guests or personnel) and one bedroom with bathroom and kitchen.
Outdoor area: garden, terrace with barbecue area, heated pool with sun lounges and parasol.
Villa’s equipment: 2 x fully equipped kitchen (2 x 4 ring ceramic hob, oven, 2 x refrigerator, 2 x freezer, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, mixer, dishes, Espresso coffee machine), washing machine, laundry dryer, air conditioning, floor heating, SAT TV in each bedroom, Hi-Fi, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, garden furniture, wireless internet, outdoor furniture, terrace with barbecue, private pool with sun lounges, baby cot and high chair are available on request.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 5 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: VAT, villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, daily cleaning on spot and garbage disposal, daily swimming pool cleaning, pool towels available, tourist tax.
Deposit: 800 Euro
Minimum stay:
Min stay-7 days in July and August, arrivals on Saturday.
Other periods: 5 days. Pets allowed on request.
Baby cot and high chair available on request.
