Villa Prana is situated on a private property of 4000 m2 that is perfectly incorporated into nature surrounding it. Guests who come to this property will surely enjoy peace and tranquility. Its location is ideal for cycling in nature or for walking in the woods. Red lake, Blue lake and Ričice lake are 10 km from the property. Besides the villa, on the property there is a garden, an old stone house with fireplace and kitchen, entertainment facilities (billiard table, darts, table football), private pool with sun loungers, private chapel (church) which is available only to the guests staying on this property thus private celebrations and events such as weddings, baptisms and other similar events can be organized on the estate.
Villa Prana was built in 2002 and it was completely refitted in 2018. There are 3 double bedrooms in the villa and one additional room with twin beds, 3 bathrooms, kitchen with dining room and living room. Delivery of home-made bread, bakery products, fresh fruit and vegetables can be organized. Nearby (at approx. 500 m distance, in village center) there is a grocery store, inn/restaurant/, dairies, cheese factory, bus stop.
Villa equipment: fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave oven), blow-dryer, towels, air-conditioning, bedding, Internet, baby cot, SAT TV, DVD/CD player, iron, heating, washing machine, private swimming pool, terrace, barbecue, balcony, garden, garden furniture, parking for cars, garage.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% at latest one month before your arrival.

Final cleaning: 35 Euro
Pets allowed. For the pets double final cleaning has to be paid (extra 35 Euro)
Minimum stay: 7 nights, arrivals on Saturdays.
