Villa Dalmatia is placed in Supetar on the island of Brac, at only 1 km distance from the centre of Supetar, where you’ll find all necessary facilities as well as the ferry port. A nice promenade and a 20 minutes walk lead from the villa to the centre of Supetar. The nearest beach is only 100 m away from the villa and there are different facilities on the beach (restaurants, coffee bars). Nearest grocery store is 300 m away.
Villa Dalmatia spreads on two floors and includes a nice and private outdoor area with pool.
First floor has an apartment (60 m2) and terrace (16 m2) as well as a fully covered barbecue terrace (25 m2) with fire place, table and chairs. The apartment consists of two bedrooms (one double and one twin), bathroom (shower, washing machine, hair dryer), kitchen (dish washer, coffee machine, toaster), dining room and living room. There are two wall cabinets in the living room as well as air conditioning unit.
The second floor spreads on a surface of 100 m2 and has three bedrooms (two bedrooms with sea view balconies and open sea views, third bedroom with baby cot). The bathroom with shower is equipped with washing machine and hair dryer. There are two air conditioning units in the living/dining area and the living room has exit both to the northern and southern terrace.
Outdoor area: pool with roman steps, sun bathing area with sun lounges, outdoor shower and toilet, parking lot for two cars, BBQ.

Payment conditions: up to 70% upon reservation and up to 30% one month prior to arrival.
