This charming holiday house is situated on a private ranch of 2000 m2 in Supetar, surrounded only by its lovely big garden with Mediterranean plants and with a view to the sea. Your tranquility in this house will be disturbed only by the sound of the waves and the birds and crickets from the nearby pine forest. The owner of the house takes care of the ranch and grows seasonal ecological fruits and vegetables that can be tasted and bought from the owner. The owner of the house is also a professional cook and if requested, he will prepare for you the best Dalmatian dishes. In the vicinity of the house are various paths along the coast that will lead you through the pine woods, olive groves and other walkways and recreational trails. The town centre of Supetar is 1 km away with its various touristic offers, nice restaurants and different sport facilities and there you will find also the grocery shop, pharmacy, clinic, exchange office, petrol station, bus stop and ferry port. 
Villa Valentina is a one storey house; all the rooms are situated on the same floor. In the house there are 2 bedrooms for 4 persons (one with double bed and one with two separate beds), 1 bathroom with hydro-massage shower, a living room with dining room and kitchen and a big terrace (50 m2). Two more persons can sleep on the pull-out sofas in the house. Outside the house is a big garden terrace with garden furniture, sun lounges, outdoor hydro-massage pool (Jacuzzi), playground for children and a swing.

Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – American fridge with ice machine, 4-ring ceramic hob, hood, toaster, cooker, coffee filter machine, microwave, mixer, electric pot for vegetables; indoor fire place and outdoor barbeque + electric oven, air conditioning (1 room and living room), washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, satellite TV, DVD player, Internet, garden with furniture, sun lounges, private parking lot, outdoor pool – Jacuzzi; baby cot and high chair available on request.

Payment conditions: 30% upon reservation and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.

Price includes: daily house rent, electricity, water, VAT and tourist tax, final cleaning, towels (changed once per week), organic fruits and vegetables from the garden.

Extra payment:
Security deposit: 150 Euro (credit card authorization upon arrival).
Extra cleaning: 80 Euro.

Minimum stay: 7 days from the 15.06. – 01.09. (arrivals on Saturday).
