Villa Silva is located in Sutivan on the island of Brac at only 100 m distance from the sea and the beach. The town centre with grocery shops and exchange offices is at 800 m distance from the property. Villa Silva is a luxury resident house decorated with modern furniture providing both comfort and elegancy.
On the ground floor there are spacious living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, microwave oven, coffee filter machine, mixer, kettle, juicer), a toilet and large covered terrace with wooden table and comfortable chairs. The first floor has three air conditioned bedrooms (two double bed and one twin room), each with en suite bathroom, SMART SAT TV and safe deposit box. The first room is with double bed 200 x 180 cm, the second room is with double bed 200 x 190 cm and pull out sofa for one person and the third room has two single beds, each 200 x 90 cm. The two bigger rooms have an exit to the spacious terrace (27 m2) with panoramic sea view. The largest bathroom has a massage bath. On the ground floor there is a secured indoor garage (1 car) that can be turned into recreation and entertainment room with table tennis, darts, Orbitrek, bikes and additional outside parking (3 cars). In the garage, there is a laundry room with all the necessary amenities and garage is connected to the house with hallway stairs. The outside area includes fenced yard with lawn (550 m2), garden with local herbs, barbeque area and private pool (24 m2) with sun lounges.
Villa’s facilities: washing machine, clothes dryer, SMART SAT TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi, Internet, safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, library, baby cot, high chair, beach towels, table tennis, darts, Orbitrek, 6 bikes, garage and outdoor parking place.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% one month prior to arrival in the villa.
Price includes: villa rent, electrical power, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels change every 3 days, garden and pool maintenance, Internet, parking, use of bicycles, tourist tax
Security deposit: 300 Euro in cash.
Pets allowed: 10 Euro/pet/day
Use of extra bed: 10 Euro/day
Minimum stay:
26.06. - 10.09.: 7 days, arrival on Saturday.
Other periods: 5 nights.
