Villa Poseidon is situated only a few steps from the sea in Vis town. The whole facade is covered in high quality stone – the same type of stone was also used for the White House in the USA. This villa was built in 2000 and it was completely refitted in 2017. The villa spreads on 4 levels and consists of 4 apartments making thus one unit but still maintaining the privacy of each apartment. Interior of the villa is furnished with finest wood. Each of 4 apartments is air-conditioned, equipped with super comfortable beds and has a spacious terrace overlooking the sea where the guests can soak up the sun or enjoy delicious meals by the sea.
Interior space of the villa measures 540 sqm and 310 sqm of terraces including a private terrace/beach that is part of the largest apartment. The terrace is highlight of this amazing property as it allows direct access to the sea and offers a possibility for berthing up to two yachts.
Villa Poseidon can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests in its 9 double bedrooms.
Largest apartment in the villa stretches over 300 sqm of the ground floor and the first-floor area, while the outdoor area consists of 225 sqm of private terrace that offers a possibility for berths for two yachts. Interior spaces consist of large kitchen, custom made fireplace, 4 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The whole apartment is fully air-conditioned and there is a flat screen TV in each bathroom as well as an additional TV in the living room. 2 washing machines and a dishwasher are at guests' disposal.
The smallest one-bedroom apartment is situated on the second floor and measures 42 sqm of interior space while the terrace has 32 sqm. The apartment has fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, SAT TV, flat screen TV and al fresco dining area on the terrace.
On the same floor there is also a two-bedroom apartment stretching over 53 sqm. This fully air-conditioned apartment features two double bedrooms and bathroom, kitchen equipped with dishwasher, dining area with SAT TV. A washing machine is a guests' disposal.
Top floor of the villa houses a penthouse apartment that measures over 75 sqm of interior space and has a terrace measuring 20 sqm. The apartment features 2 double bedrooms, bathroom, equipped kitchen, dining area and living room. The apartment is equipped with SAT TV, dishwasher, washing machine and air-conditioning.
