Villa Maisie was built in 2017 and it is situated in Vlakovo. It is the best choice for families or groups of friends who want to spend their holidays in peace and quiet. One of the most beautiful features of villa Maisie is the sea view on the Cres island. Villa can accommodate up to 9 persons and has private parking for 2 cars, terrace with furniture, private pool with outside shower, 6 deck chairs and portable barbecue. The villa itself consists of two floors, ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen/living/dining room (TV/SAT, DVD), A/C, exit to the terrace, twin bedroom (80x190 cm) and a shower room.
On the first floor there is a bathroom, roofed terrace (30 m2) and a double bedroom, where you can find French bed (160x200 cm) and extra sofa bed (90x190 cm) with en suite shower room, SAT/TV, A/C and exit to the terrace. Also on the first floor there are two double bedrooms (160x190 cm), one of them with safety deposit box, A/C and exit to the terrace, the second with en suite shower room, hair dryer, A/C and exit to the terrace.
The nearest town is Labin, 13 km from the villa. There you can find supermarkets, pharmacy and other amenities. In camp Tunarica is the nearest beach/shop 5 km away from the villa, while airport in Pula is 42 km away.

air conditioning, oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, satellite TV/DVD, BBQ, Wi-Fi internet access.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
The price includes: welcome pack, final cleaning, tourist tax, wireless internet access.
Extra payments:
Security deposit: 400 Euro.
Pets are allowed: 10 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay:
01.06. – 07.09.2024.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturday.
Other periods: 6 days, arrivals possible any day of the week.
