Villa Anette is situated in the natural surroundings of the mouth of the river Cetina near Omis. While staying on this property you will enjoy the ultimate privacy and tranquility and yet you will be only at a few minutes distance from Omis and its rich offer. All nature lovers as well as those who want to enjoy long walks down the river or sports activities (such as ZipLine, rafting, mountain climbing etc.) will surely take the opportunity and enjoy in the rich offer in Cetina canyon and on the mountains surrounding Omis. Luxury villa Anette is situated on a private and fully fenced property, the house itself has 230 m2 and consists of ground floor and first floor. The house features 4 bedrooms (2 with double beds, 2 with one double bed and an extra bed 200 x 90 cm for one person), 5 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room.
On the ground floor there is a sauna, and outside there is private pool and jacuzzi for 4 people and plenty of other entertainment facilities such as billiard table, swing for the kids, trampoline etc. The villa is also suitable for disabled persons – the ground floor is rather spacious and there are two ramps for the wheelchairs.
Outside: fenced property, garden, garden furniture, 2 covered parking spaces, swing, barbecue, trampoline, playground, waterslide, bicycles (3 pcs), badminton net, swimming pool, 10 sun loungers, umbrellas.
Villa equipment: Internet, TV in each room with satellite channels, smoke detectors, air conditioning (7 pcs), high chair, baby cot, fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, vent hood, coffee maker, microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer).

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% at latest one month before arrival.
Price includes: villa rent, use of all equipment in the villa, bed sheets and towels, final cleaning, water and electricity, pool and garden maintenance.
Security deposit: 300 Euro
Pets allowed: max 2.
Minimum stay:
8.6. – 21.9.: 7 days, arrivals on Saturdays
