Villa Rina is located in Zaton with a stunning view of the bay of Zaton. Dubrovnik is at 9 km distance and the airport at 25 km distance from the villa. Nearest beach (concrete platform) is 700 m away while the pebble beach is at 1,5 km distance. Necessary facilities are within few walking minutes from the villa (shop 50 m, bar 800 m, restaurant 800 m, bus station 300 m).
Villa Rina is the perfect retreat for a quiet family vacation. Zaton bay has no hotels and resorts, no traffic jams and you’re invited to completely enjoy the peaceful atmosphere, clean sea, scent of pine trees and other Mediterranean vegetation.
Villa Rina spreads on two floors and accommodates comfortably up to 6+2 guests. There are two double bedrooms in the villa, one studio apartment, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and a living room with pull out sofa (extra bed for two persons). On the first floor is also the utility room.
Outdoor area includes several terraces and pool area. There is a barbeque terrace with teak chairs and table for 8 persons, a terrace with lounge area, pool terrace with built in Jacuzzi, outdoor shower, deck chairs and umbrellas. Parking is available outside the house and in the garage next to the villa.
Villa’s facilities include also individually controlled air conditioning and heating, wide screen SAT TV, iPod, stereo system, CD & DVD player, computer, fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, toaster, kettle)

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% one month prior to arrival.
Price includes: Croatian VAT, villa rental, tourist tax, bed linen, towels, pool maintenance, internet, parking, villa manager and private concierge services.
Security deposit: 300 Euro
Minimum stay: June – September: 7 days, arrivals on Saturdays.
Other periods: 5 days.
