Beach apartments Mirjana are a charming and cozy apartment house situated at only 10 m distance from the sea. Lovely beach Mali Rat (pebble and concrete) is just few meters from the entrance of your apartment. All necessary facilities (grocery store, pharmacy, restaurant, coffee bar, post office) are within walking distance from the house (only 300 m away). The position of this apartments makes them the ideal home away from home. Located between towns Omis and Split, when in Beach apartments Mirjana you can just lay back and enjoy a sunny day at the beach. But you can also discover the area and enjoy a daily trip or adventurous sport activity (ZipLine, rafting on river Cetina, canyoning etc.).
The house spreads on three floors: ground floor with 2 guest apartments, first floor (owners’ area) and second floor with 3 guest apartments.
There is also a secured parking lot at the apartment house. Each apartment in Beach apartments Mirjana has its own, separate entrance.

Apartment Ap4 (4+2) consists of a double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, kitchen, dining and living room and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a nice sea view terrace with fire place. The apartment is modern and fully equipped for a comfortable stay by the beach.

Apartment Ap5 (2+1) consists of a small kitchen and dining, one bedroom with double bed and additional 3rd bed, bathroom with shower unit. The apartment is modern and equipped with all necessary facilities for a comfortable stay by the beach.

2nd floor apartments:

Luxury apartment Ap1 (4+2, sea view), the newest apartment in the house built at the beginning of 2023. consists of a kitchen, dining room, living room, master bedroom, second bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and balcony with sea view. In the living room there is also a sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed for two more people. Ideal for couples or families.The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, 4-zone electric ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, hood, filter coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle. The living room has a direct exit to the balcony where you can enjoy the view and hang out around a table with chairs.

Luxury apartment Ap2 (2+2, sea view) was buitl in 2019). The apartment consists of kitchen and dining room, living room, one bedroom, bathroom with shower unit and large balcony facing the sea. In the bedroom there is a double bed for 2 people and other 2 people can sleep on a pull-out sofa (210 x 150 cm) in the living room which makes this apartment a perfect retreat for 4 people. Kitchen is fully equipped: oven, 4 zone electric ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, cooker hood, filter coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle... Both living room and bedroom have direct access to the large balcony where you can enjoy the view and hang out gathered around the table with 4 chairs.

Apartment Ap3 (2+1) renovated at the beginning of 2023 consists of a double bedroom (for 2 guests), bathroom with shower unit, small kitchen with dining table and chairs and an extra sofa bed for one more person staying in this apartment. Ideal for couples or smaller families. A great feature to this apartment is also its sea view where you can enjoy your first morning coffee and the smell of sea as well as beautiful sunsets in the evenings.

All apartments are equipped with all necessary and modern facilities: air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, fridge, kettle, washing machine (common laundry room).
