Villa Dominika has a wonderful seaview and it is overlooking the beautiful Kvarner Bay, island of Krk and Crikvenica Riviera. The property has 1700 m2 and downhill from the property you can find the most famous and largest sand beach in the North Adriatic Sea (900 m away). The 5* villa is offering modern and stylish interiors. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen connected with a spacious dining room (up to 10 persons) and steps to the pool. There is 1 en-suite double bedroom (180 x 200 cm) with fireplace, marble shower and a jacuzzi tub as well has direct access to the outdoor pool and BBQ area. Second double bedroom (180 x200 cm) is also en-suite. There is additional a laundry room and shared guest toilet. On the first floor there are large living room with LCD TV, a music stereo set and library as well as 2 en-suite double bedrooms with (1 x 160 x 200 cm and 1 x 180 x 200 cm) and an exit to wooden sundeck terrace with 2 sun loungers. All bedrooms are air conditioned and with Smart TV. Outdoor there are heated swimming pool with outdoor shower, 8 sunbeds, dining table (8 person) on large stone tile terrace with fireplace, swing and 2 hammocks. Experience the large variety of fruits and vegetables picked straight from the garden or enjoy the tranquil area with your family or friends at the property. About 70 different fruits and vegetables that grow there are at your disposal, you can pick and eat straight from our garden. The garden is equipped with automatic watering system.
Vila amenities: fully equipped kitchen - fridge, freezer, water drop and ice machine, oven, 5 ring gas stove, 4 electrical, ring induction stove, coffee machine (espresso machine, filter coffee, Italian mocha coffee), toaster, blender, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ, hairdryer, heated swimming pool 10 x 5 m with shallow part 3 x 3 m; total 10 x 8 m), floor heating, fans heating and cooling, safe in each bedroom, parking for 4 cars (automatic door entrance by remote).

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the villa, heated pool, garden and pool maintenance, bed linen and towels, pool towels, Wi-Fi, final cleaning, tourist tax.
Pets allowed on request with extra deposit.
Minimum stay: 27.06. - 29.08.2020.; 7 days, arrivals are on Saturdays.
Other periods: 4 days, arrivals any day.
