Villa Mirca is a big villa situated in the center of the village Mirca, right on the beach and it accommodates groups up to 17 persons.

The house is very big, was carefully furnished for the best vacation of larger groups of friends or family. On the ground floor there is a big living room and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, a small gym with devices for workout and a pool table. In front of the house there is a terrace and a pool only few meters from the beach and the sea. On the sea side terrace is also an outside dining area in the shade. In the back yard there are a roofed patio and a big grill. There are seven rooms in the house, all are double bedded, six bathrooms (4 of them are with a bathtub and 2 are with shower) and there is an additional toilet.
You can fully enjoy your stay in this villa while you are sunbathing on the terrace at the pool or on the beach, you can also have nice lovely meals on the terrace but you can make your holiday more active. There are a lot of excursions and trips you can go from Mirca, there is a possibility to learn surfing or scuba diving. Near the villa there are some excellent walking and biking routes and possibilities for adventure sports.
This house has been equipped and furnished to suit you the best; it has parking place for 3 big cars, TV (with internet browser), DVD & Hi-fi system in the living room, wireless internet, safe, fully equipped kitchen (dish washer, refrigerator, deep freezer, oven, microwave, filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender), air conditioning and heating, washing machine, iron, grill, pool table, table tennis, heated pool (heated from end of April till middle October)...

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% 30 days prior to arrival.
Prices include: electricity, hot and cold water, air conditioning/heating, every day cleaning, final cleaning, garden and pool maintenance, daily towel change, linen change 2 times a week, use of wireless internet. The price also includes concierge service/services of a villa manager (providing information about the destination, additional services, making reservation in the restaurants).
Extra payments:
Tourist tax: up to 1,40 Euro/person/day (depending on the season).
Security deposit: 500 Euro
