Villa Magdalena is located in a quiet street, away from the main road and with no neighbor houses surrounding it. The villa is surrounded by untouched nature and offers complete rest at the beach. The town centre (clinic, exchange office, grocery store, pharmacy) is at 3 km distance from the villa.
Villa Magdalena is divided in several parts. The ground floor has a big lobby area with TV room and fire place, equipped kitchen and dining area. The ground floor comprises also the staff area (two double and two twin bedrooms, two bathrooms with showers, storage and basement entry stairs).
Villa Magdalena consists of two apartments, each of approximately 150 m2 with its own outside staircase entry. Each apartment spreads on two floors. On the first level of each apartment there is a master bedroom with a king size bed with private bathroom (toilet and shower), twin bedroom (bunk beds or 2 single beds) and a separate toilet. There is also a large kitchen/dining/living area with a large furnished balcony with stunning sea view. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor of each apartment with two large double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a separate toilet.
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – stove (gas), oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, mixer, coffee maker in the lobby; washing machine, air conditioning (3 in each apartment), satellite TV, Hi-fi, DVD player, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, indoor fireplace, barbecue, garden furniture, Internet connection, private pool with sun lounges and parasols, parking lot for 8 cars.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 5 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the house, electricity, water, welcome pack, daily maid service, towels changed daily, bed linen changed twice a week, 5 m fiberglass boat (client must have a valid license), tourist tax.
Extra costs:
Security deposit (cash on arrival): 1000 Euro.
