Villa Kiara is a four-bedroom villa suitable for 8 persons and consists of ground floor and first floor. The ground floor features large living room and dining room which opens to a large terrace with beautiful sea view. On the ground floor there is an open kitchen and an indoor rectangular pool with counter current swimming, sauna with shower box and a toilet equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an atrium with greenery. The first floor features 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, all of them have ensuite bathroom. Two rooms are opening to a loggia with an amazing sea view while the third double bedroom has a French balcony. Parking is situated on the roof of the villa.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, welcome package, housekeeping 1 x week (for minimum stay 1 week), change of linen, towels, beach towels (for minimum stay 1 week), final cleaning, parking, Wi-Fi, concierge service, sunbeds by private pool, sunbeds by shared infinity pool, sunbeds at the beach.
Price does not include:
Tourist tax - obligatory (1,40 Euro/day/person - for adults, for children 12 - 18 years 50% off).
Daily housekeeping: 80 Euro per day
Continental buffet breakfast upon request at price 20 Euro/person (children 3-12 yrs get 50% discount)
Pets are allowed: 30 Euro/daySecurity deposit: 500 Euro
