Villa Lily is a modern and fully equipped holiday home for your careless vacation. It is situated in a peaceful Tepli bok bay, just 1 km away from Primosten and it’s a part of complex of 7 luxury villas with access to the private beach and beautiful sea view. The location of complex is near Primosten where you can find supermarkets, cafe bars, great restaurants or you can simply make an interesting excursion to Sibenik, Trogir, Split, national parks Krka and Kornati…
This attractive villa has three bedrooms situated on the first floor and each one has en suite bathroom. The first bedroom with SAT/LCD TV has a double bed (180x200) and exit to the balcony (4 m2) with great sea view. There are also another double bedroom (180x200 cm) with SAT/LCD TV and one twin bedded room (90x200 cm) with SAT/LCD TV. They share a balcony (3 m2) with an amazing sea view as well.
On the ground floor, there is a large luxuriously furnished living room area (114 m2) with SAT/LCD TV, dining room and equipped kitchen (stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher). This floor has an easy access to the upper terrace (30 m2) with table and chairs, so you can enjoy a beautiful sea view. A separate toilet is situated on the ground floor too. An indoor heated swimming pool (16 m2) that has the possibility of counter-swimming, a sauna with shower and fitness equipment (home bicycle, training bench) are situated in the lower floor which also has access to the lower terrace surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean herbs. The property has 375 m2 and covered parking for two vehicles.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, welcome package, housekeeping 1 x week (for minimum stay 1 week), change of linen, towels, beach towels (for minimum stay 1 week), final cleaning, parking, Wi-Fi, concierge service, sunbeds by private pool, sunbeds by shared infinity pool, sunbeds at the beach.
Price does not include:
Tourist tax - obligatory (1,55 Euro/day/person - for adults, for children 12 - 18 years 50% off).
Daily housekeeping: 80 Euro/day
Pets are allowed: 30 Euro/day
Security deposit: 1.000 Euro
