Villa Antonia is placed in a small village on the Riviera of Makarska in a peaceful and sunny position. The sea and the nearest pebble beach are only 1 km away from the villa while other beaches (stone beach 2 km, nudist beach 3 km) are to be found in the surrounding. All other necessary facilities (restaurants, ambulance, exchange office…) can be found at 1 km distance from the property. The Split airport is only 80 km away.
Villa Antonia is an old Dalmatian stone house which was completely renovated in 2012 and is today a modern equipped holiday home with pool. The outdoor area includes private pool with sun lounges, barbeque area with garden furniture, free parking lot.
Ground floor: living room (pull out sofa which can be used as an extra bed for one adult or two children, armchair, fire place, LCD satellite TV 107 cm, CD player with radio and MP3, safe), kitchen and dining room with table and chairs for 6 persons.
First floor: triple bedroom (double bed 180 x 200 cm, pull out armchair, LCD satellite TV 82 cm, air conditioning, balcony with table and two chairs), bathroom (shower, hair dryer, shampoo, shower cream, body cream, bathrobe).
Second floor: triple bedroom (double bed 160 x 200 cm, single bed 90 x 200 cm, LCD satellite TV 82 cm, air conditioning, balcony with two chairs), bathroom (shower, wash machine, shampoo, shower cream, body cream, bathrobe, iron and ironing board).
Villa’s facilities: fully equipped kitchen – oven, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee filter machine, dish washer, kettle; LCD satellite TV, radio, CD player, wireless internet, balcony, safe, washing machine, hair dryer, private pool with sun lounges, garden furniture, barbeque, parking lot; baby cot and high chair available on request, laptop available on request.
