Villa San is located in Sevid, small and quiet place near Trogir with beautiful beaches, ideal for complete relax from daily stress. The house was built in 2009 and completely renovated in 2016. This luxury villa is only 10 m away from the beach and having 5 bedrooms can accommodate 10 guests. Interior space of the villa San spreads onto three floors and whole space has A/C and access to Wi-Fi. The ground and the first floor are connected with inner staircase while second floor has a separate entrance. On the ground floor there are living (LCD TV) and dining room with connected kitchen (stove, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher) that have exit to the terrace with furniture and amazing sea view. Double bedroom with exit to the terrace and bathroom are on the same floor. On the first floor, there are also living (SAT/TV) and dining room along with small kitchen (fridge/freezer and dishwasher) with exit to the terrace. One bathroom and two double bedded rooms are situated on the same floor. Both have exit to the terrace and one of them has beautiful sea view. Second floor that has separate entrance consists of living (SAT/TV) and dining room along with small kitchen (fridge/freezer and dishwasher) with exit to the terrace. On this part of villa San there are one bathroom (with shower) and two double bedrooms, each with exit to the terrace and one of them has stunning sea view.
This beautiful villa is located on the fenced property and has a heated swimming pool (32 m2) with sun chairs and umbrellas, outside shower and shower room (with washing machine). For spending relaxing time with your friends or family there is also BBQ area. Villa San has its own parking place.

Payment conditions: 50% upon reservation and 50% latest 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, use of all facilities in the villa, garden and pool maintenance, final cleaning, change of bed linen and towels, VAT, Wi-Fi and tourist tax.
Security deposit: 500 Euro.
Pets are allowed: 8 Euro/pet/day.
Baby cot and high chair: available on request.
