Mala Kopa is a beautifully renovated house from 1899 year. It has been renovated in 2010 and is located on the edge of village of Koromani near Barban with 6000 m2 of land containing meadow and vineyards with a lovely view.

Hiza has a high quality finish and is extremely well equipped. Both bedrooms have their own satellite TV and en-suite shower room. In front of the house is a covered terrace with wooden garden furniture and a built-in stone BBQ which overlooks the garden and the 7 m x 3 m swimming pool. Villa is only a 20 minute drive from Rabac, a lovely seaside resort with many pebble beaches and excellent restaurants. You can rent a boat there to explore hidden coves or take an organized fishing trip on a fishing boat. In the evening, Rabac is perfect for strolling by the sea and dining in one of numerous fish restaurants with terraces right by the waterside. The famous Istrian towns of Rovinj, Pula, Porec and Motovun are all within one hour's drive from the property.
Villa amenities: air conditioning, oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, household linen and towels, sun loungers and sun shades at pool, baby cot available on request.
