Villa Angelica, on 380 sqm, is situated in Oprtalj, a picturesque little town sited on the crest of a hill with spectacular views. Oprtalj is known back from the 12th century as urban residence of the feudal lords. All this area is world known for truffles, tubers of specific taste and smell that are imputed aphrodisiac attributes. Villa Angelica offers accommodation for 12 people in 6 elegantly settled rooms. The spacious double beds, LCD TV with satellite connection, safety deposit box as well as bathroom with bathtub or shower in each room, will be a guarantee of full comfort. An astonishing view of Oprtalj and the surrounding area spreads from each room. Beside the outdoor pool (10 x 4 m) and the solarium area, the indoor wellness and fitness area will surely be the ideal to relax and regenerate your body and soul. The Finnish sauna, steam bath and whirlpool, as well as the treadmill, stepper and weights bench will offer the best well & fit combination. The marvelous view of the surrounding hills stretching from the large windows will fulfill the feeling of relax and quiet. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and accessorized. The offer of Villa Angelica is completed by the outdoor barbeque and the tavern with a massive wood table, ideal for evenings near the fire place for celebrations and family gatherings.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, gas, use of facilities (Finnish sauna, steam bath and whirlpool, treadmill, stepper), change of linen (once a week), cleaning twice a week, pool and garden maintenance, tourist tax and registration fee.
Baby cot available. Pets only on request.
Extra payments: Security deposit is 800 Euro.
Pet: 25 Euro per pet a day.
