The marvelous Villa Teak is situated in the centre of the town Split, on the walls of the ancient Diocletian’s palace that stands under the protection of UNESCO. Villa Teak, placed on the northern wall of the Palace has open views over the Palace, the old town centre, St. Duje’s tower and the rooftops of Split. Staying in this holiday home, you will be immersed in a true Dalmatian art of living and enjoy the real spirit of the Mediterranean. Placed in the heart of the old town, you have only to open the door to find many historical sights, museums, galleries, squares, local entertaining events… Everything you might need, grocery store, pharmacy, exchange office…, is in a circle from 10 to 100 meters from the house.
The house is a typical Dalmatian stone house, which was recently renovated, in 2010, and offers a luxury stay for 6+2 persons in 3 bedrooms with bathrooms and a kitchen/dining/sitting room. It is fully furnished with top-quality fittings. The house is entered at the first floor, where the first bedroom with en-suite bathroom is placed. The staircase leads to the second floor, where another bedroom with en suite bathroom is situated. The staircase leads further up, where on two floors you will find an apartment with open plan kitchen/dining area with sofa (can serve as an additional bed for 2 persons) and a bedroom with en suite bathroom. The living room has exit to the terrace so you can walk along the northern wall of the Diocletian’s Palace and enjoy the view over the 1700 years old town.
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen – 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, coffee filter machine, microwave oven, mixer, kettle; SAT TV, DVD player, air conditioning in the kitchen and living room, terrace, Internet connection.

Payment conditions: 30% at the reservation and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily rent, electricity, water, initial and final cleaning, linen (changed every three days), towels (changed daily).
Extra payment:
Security deposit: 300 Euro (credit card authorization).
Tourist tax: up to 1 Euro/person/day.
Minimum stay: 7 nights in July and August (Day of arrival: Saturday or Sunday).
