Villa Luna is one of our newest villas - built in 2010 on an amazing location just by the sea in small town of Sumartin on island Brac. The closest beach is only about 100 m from the villa. This Croatian sea style house was luxuriously furnished in Balinese hand-made, contemporary and antique pieces and artwork. It has three bedrooms to accommodate 7 people but there are also 3 additional beds so the villa can accommodate a group of max. 10 people. There is an open space kitchen, dining and living room and 2 bathrooms. Open space living room opens to a large garden terrace that has a stunning sea view. Villa has its own garden and barbecue.
In its very vicinity you can find all you might need: grocery shop (200 m), clinic and exchange office (300 m), ferry port and bus stop (400 m), pharmacy (3 km), petrol station (1,5 km)...
Villa's amenities: satellite TV, hi-fi, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, washing machine, wireless Internet, terrace furniture, BBQ, refrigerator, freezer, dish washer, toaster, coffee filter machine, microwave oven, mixer...

Weekly prices include: daily rent, electricity, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels, garden maintenance, tourist tax
Extra payments: security deposit is 500 Euro (credit card, at check in).
Shorter stays are possible for periods till 15.06.2011. and after 01.09.2011.
