Villa Sandra is a newly renovated stone house with classic style and original antique furniture and with numerous art pieces of renowned Croatian artists. The house spreads on three levels and it has 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, beautiful terraces, large sea-view windows, 2 kitchens, living and dining areas inside the house as well as on the outside. Villa Sandra is very spacious and every room is with sea view. A short walk through the small street brings you to the sea (30 m distance), the centre of Sumartin is only 10 m away, the nearest grocery store 15 m, ferry port and bus stop 200 m, exchange office 50 m, petrol station 800 m, pharmacy and clinic 2 km.
The ground floor is the heart of the house and it consists of spacious living room, kitchen and appertaining big terrace with sea view. On the other side of the house is a separate private entrance for a private part of the house with two bedrooms, bathroom and small rustically furnished kitchen and at the entrance is a beautiful terrace with stone statue.
On the first floor there are 3 large, romantic bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a comfortable luxury living room with view to the sea and the neighboring island of Hvar.
A separate staircase brings you to the top floor with luxury bedroom with en suite bathroom and space for rest while the original stone wall and beautiful view to the sea and to the village create a special and comfortable atmosphere for complete relaxation.
Villa’s amenities: fully equipped kitchen (2x) – stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee filter machine, mixer, kettle; washing machine, air conditioning, heating, 2 satellite LCD TVs, DVD player, CD player, iron, hair dryer, baby cot and high chair available on request, barbeque, outdoor shower, garden furniture, sun shades, parking for 2 cars.

Payment conditions: 30% upon reservation and 70% six weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: villa rental, tourist tax, use of all facilities, electricity, water, gas, end cleaning, bed linen, towels changed once per week, garden maintenance.

15.06. – 01.09.: 7 days (arrivals on Saturday).
Other periods: shorter stay is possible.
