Villa Val is located in the centre of fishing village Sumartin on the south-eastern side of island Brac. The property consists of the main house, guest house, garden and swimming pool. The villa can take 8 to 10 persons (8 in 4 bedrooms + 2 on additional bed in the living room). This stone house was renovated in 2005 and the guest house in 2009. All the interiors were carefully decorated and furnished to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The main house (110 m2) has 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet, indoor fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, large dining room and lounge. The guest house (48 m2) has kitchen/dining room, living room, bathroom and bedroom/gallery overlooking the pool, garden and sea that is just a few meters from the south wall of the property. Villa's property (350 m2) stretches on a garden, garden terrace, summer kitchen with BBQ and a private pool (size 28 m2).
Villa's equipment: washing machine, air conditioning, satellite TV, Hi-fi, DVD player, hair drier, iron and ironing board, BBQ, indoor fireplace, garden furniture, Internet connection, 4-ring ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, hood, mixer, automatic bread maker.

Payment conditions: 50% upon booking and 50% six weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: electricity, water, initial and final cleaning, bed linen and towels (towel change every 3 days, linen change every four days), garden and pool maintenance, tourist tax, Internet connection.

Security deposit: 300 Euro
Bookings for fewer than three nights are subject to a 30% surcharge on the cost of basic services.
