Villa Daria is situated in the village of Barat in Istria, in a quiet and sunny position in the countryside, 2 km away from Visnjan. It stands in a good position in Istria and due to many road connections it is easy reachable from all sites of Europe. The two nearby airports are the one in Pula (50 km) and in Rijeka (95 km). The seaside distance to the beach is 13 km.
Villa Daria is a holiday home built in the traditional Istrian style with nature materials (stone, wood, terracotta). It was fitted with comfortable, rustic, tasteful and cozy furnishings on two floors. First floor: living room with open fireplace, satellite TV, DVD and air conditioning, dining room, open plan kitchen (4 hotplates, oven, dishwasher, freezer), two double bedrooms, shower/bidet/WC, exit to the terrace with furniture and portable barbecue in the garden, deck chairs and to the swimming pool. Upper floor: two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one with bath tub, one with shower unit), balconies. Villa Daria is surrounded with olive trees, lavender, and a Mediterranean garden.
In Daria’s surrounding are situated another 12 villas, which are built in the same style and offer the same level of luxury, privacy and comfort. Daria’s sister villas in the same village of Barat are: Villa Verbena, Villa Cirsium, Villa Veronica, Villa Jurinea, Villa Avena, Villa Silene, Villa Viola, Villa Vicia, Villa Lina, Casa Slavia and Villa Campanula.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Prices include: daily house rent and use of all amenities, VAT and tourist tax.
