The village Barat is situated in Istria, 2 km away from Visnjan. It has a good position in Istria and due to many road connections it is easy reachable from all sites of Europe. The two nearby airports are the one in Pula (50 km) and in Rijeka (95 km).
Villa Silene is a holiday home built in the traditional Istrian style with nature materials (stone, wood, terracotta) and fitted with carefully chosen furniture in a rustic style. The house offers a comfortable stay for you and your friends and family. It is surrounded with olive trees, lavender, and a Mediterranean garden. The ground floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, dining room for up to 8 persons and a living room with fire place, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom and a separate toilet. On the first floor are situated the other three double bedrooms, each with a balcony, one is with en suite bathroom and the other bathroom is alongside the rooms. In front of the house is a terrace with furniture (deckchairs, table, chairs, cushions, pool towels, barbeque), parking under pergola, Mediterranean garden with aromatic herbs, outdoor swimming pool.
In Silene’s surrounding are another 12 villas, which were made in the same style and offer the same level of luxury and comfort. Silene’s sister villas in the village of Barat are: Villa Veronica, Villa Jurinea, Villa Avena, Villa Viola, Villa Verbena, Villa Cirsium, Villa Vicia, Casa Slavia, Villa Lina, Villa Daria and Villa Campanula.
Villa's amenities: fully equipped kitchen - oven, fridge, toaster, coffeemaker, dishwasher, air conditioning in all rooms, heating in all rooms, alarm system, safe, iron and ironing board, selection of toiletries and hair dryer, washing machine, plasma TV (satellite), living room with open fire place, towels, sun terrace with deck chairs, outdoor swimming pool, outdoor grill and barbeque place.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.

Pets on request only: 5 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay: 3 days; July and August: 7 days (arrivals on Saturday).
