Traditional stone house Casa Bassi was built in 1907 in small village Basici, only 16 km away from coastal town Porec that provides all you might need during your stay – a wide range of sights, restaurants, bars, shops, beaches. After lovely restoration in 2007, Casa Bassi for the first time offered its guest a traditional feel (stone construction and oak beam) along with the modern facilities. Its central heating allows the house to be ideal for family holidays outside the summer season renting.
The house has kitchen, living area, small summer kitchen with fireplace and 2 double bedrooms. There is one bathroom and a toilet. Casa Bassi has its own private pool (32 m2), garden with terrace and outdoor parking spot for guests.
Villa's amenities: stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV, DVD, air conditioning, central heating.

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Price includes: daily house rent, VAT and tourist tax.
Extra payments:
Security deposit: 200 Euro.
Welcome pack: 30 Euro includes: mineral water, milk, Nescafe coffee, tea bags, sugar, fruit juice, bread, jam or marmalade, margarine / butter, ham slices, cheese.
Pets on request only: 10 Euro/pet/day.
Minimum stay: 3 days; July and August: 7 days (arrivals on Saturday).
