Bibali is a typical Istrian village located near small town Buje (about 1 km distance). The 5-star villa Bibali Hill (for max. 7 people) is situated just on the edge of the village; it has an area of 450 sqm on the two floors. The villa was built in 2007 with an extra care for details. It consists of three double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one single bedroom with separate toilette and living room with fire place split on two levels. The ground floor has a big modern kitchen that opens to a dining area with traditional open fireplace what makes the atmosphere more welcoming and cozy. There is also a spa area fitted with a luxury American hot tub, Finnish and infra-red sauna and shower room. All interiors are air conditioned. A spacious terrace that is great for outdoor meals leads over the steps down to a large outdoor swimming pool (12x6 m) and a garden where you can enjoy the sun and take a swim.
Villa has beautiful views of the forest that stretches downhill from the villa and medieval town Buje. On a clear day you can see all towards the sea and the Italian Alps on the east. The closest beach is 15 km from the villa (area of Novigrad and Umag) and the golf course is about 20 km apart. You can also enjoy sport activities at the nearby tennis courts (5 min walking distance from the villa).

Payment conditions: 70% upon booking and 30% eight weeks prior to arrival.
Weekly prices include: electrical power, water, tourist tax, maid service (2 hours every 2 days)
Extra payments: Security deposit is 1000 Euro.
Minimum stay is 7 days (shorter stay only on previous request). Pets are not allowed.
